Studio Rental Policies


General Studio Guidelines

  • We kindly ask that you arrive 5-10 minutes before your booking time for our team to show you around the space, get wifi information and go over other details.

  • Your booking will begin and end at the exact times that have been booked. We kindly ask that set-up and clean-up time is taking place during the booked hours. 

  • The individual who has booked the space is required to be present at all times. 

  • Rental sessions must be contained to appropriate rented space only.

  • Feel free to use the front entrance area and washroom, but please do not enter the private offices or warehouse. 

  • Please do not drag furniture on the floor as this damages our flooring as well as furniture pieces.

  • Our Studio is not soundproof- we kindly ask that all guests keep the noise level to a reasonable volume, including the use of music.

  • If you wish to bring a small animal into the studio space, we kindly ask that you send us an email at info@simplybeautifuldecor.ca to check in with us first.

  • Dispose of any trash and tidy up studio space before leaving.

    Please note failure to respect our studio rules, staff and property can result in termination of your booking immediately without refund.


Booking + Cancellation

  • To check studio availability and book your session please email our team at info@simplybeautifuldecor.ca and we will be happy to assist

  • The studio rental fee and signed contract are to be paid in full at the time of booking. The following forms of payment are accepted:

    • Email Money Transfer: please send to angelica@simplybeautifuldecor.ca and set the password answer as ‘SimplyBeautiful' 

    • Credit Card (Visa or MasterCard only): If you elect to pay by credit card, there will be a 3% convenience fee that would apply.

  • Studio credit will be offered for any cancelled bookings (no refunds)- In the case of needing to postpone your booking, a credit will be offered and a new date must be provided within 7 days. 

  • We require 72 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your booking

  • Simply Beautiful Decor has the right to cancel or reschedule bookings for any reason.

Terms + Conditions

  • The renter agrees to take full responsibility and is liable for themselves, and their guests while on the premises. Simply Beautiful Decor is not responsible for any injuries, or property damage caused by the use of their rental items to renter or third party.

  • The renter agrees to return all items used including furniture in the condition it was provided and if any damages occur, our staff is notified immediately. 

  • The renter agrees to pay for any repair or replacement costs of rental items within 3 days if required. 

  • The renter agrees to not attach or hang anything from the ceiling, walls, fixtures or furniture. 

  • No smoking of any substance is permitted on the Simply Beautiful Decor property.

  • Simply Beautiful Decor is not responsible for any acts out of our control should the session not be able to take place due to power outages, construction, weather emergencies or Act of God.
